The Agrosta 100 Field is the historical Durofel,

upgraded 8 times since 1987 (First design with the

CTIFL)

It is a firmness tester for soft fruits like tomatoes,

blueberries or cherries. It is used all over the

world since many years, and has proven its

efficiency in classifying the fruits according to

maturity.

The new version calculates statistics, comes with

a speech function, a touchscreen and a microSD

which stores the data under Excel compatible

format

The Agrosta 100 Field comes with Bluetooth Low

Energy, and can communicate with a smartphone

through a free APP

The APP uses the Barcode scanner and the GPS

module of the smartphone

This firmness tester for soft fruits using the

2.4” touchscreen, you can use the touch buttons

to pilot the machine, name and consult the

batches and switch ON or OFF the sound

Speech Function :

The Agrosta 100 Field tells you all results after

measurement - It is extremely comfortable for the

user that does not need to watch the screen. The

average is told once the batch is finished

MicroSD slot :

All measurements are stored on the MicroSD once

you finish a batch. You can use the keypad

proposed on the color touchscreen in order to give

a name to the current file

The file is a csv (Excel compatible) - Here is how

Bluetooth :

The Agrosta 100 Field communicates with any

Android device via Bluetooth. The APP is free, a

QR code is provided on the manual, and you can

download it and install it on a phone or tablet

The APP uses optionally the GPS positioning and

Barcode scanner of your phone or tablet - so you

will have this data inside the file generated

The APP stores your data on a csv file as well

The app comes with a speech function in 40

different languages

Just switch off the speech function of the

Agrosta®100 Field, and listen to your phone in any

language - The app displays a gaussian curve

Since version 10 - 2023, the Agrosta 100 Field

communicates with any PC (Windows) via

bluetooth too..

The app for Windows comes with a light version of

Excel, thus you can open, modify, record and

create Excel files inside Agrosta software

Statistics calculation :

The statistics are extremely important when

evaluating the quality of a batch of fruits

Especially the standard deviation, which gives an

excellent picture of the firmness homogeneity

When using a device like the Agrosta 100 Field,

you will not deliver on the market a blueberry

bucket with in the same bucket very soft and very

hard berries (For example)

It is one of the most important quality factor

Sensor, calibration, maintenance :

The sensor structure is made with ceramic micro-

particles, which ensures an extreme rigidity and

temperature stability for unparalleled precision

The sensor comes with a double check system,

which means that once you obtain a value of 100%

on a hard flat surface, you have the guarantee

that the device is fully calibrated. the calibration

is very stable, and till now, the versions 7 and 8

devices never came back for calibration.

The maintenance is very easy, just remove the

plastic cover and clean any fruit juice on the tip

and cover with soap and water

Multiple measurements per fruit and “Remove”

function :

In the version 10 - 2023, you have the opportunity

to chose to make one, two or eight measurements

per fruit, only the average of each fruit is

recorded

We have added a “Remove” button too, in order

to remove the last measurement if false
